ABOUT US
Removing Barriers. Creating Pathways. Changing Lives.
We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) that places young people and emerging creatives at the centre of everything we do. We work closely with schools, parents, local authorities, education providers, and industry partners to support young people in overcoming the personal, social, and structural barriers that can limit their access to opportunity—particularly within the creative industries.
The 23 Club CIC specialises in supporting young people aged 16–25, with a focus on those who are underrepresented, marginalised, or at risk of being excluded from education, employment, or creative pathways. Our work centres on music, media, and creative skills, using creativity as a powerful tool for personal development, confidence-building, and employability.
Through a combination of workshops, mentoring, events, studio-based learning, and industry placements, we help young people to develop the practical skills, emotional resilience, and self-belief needed to navigate both creative and professional environments.
We exist to create safe, structured, and aspirational spaces where young people can connect, grow, and progress, empowering them to find their voice, realise their potential, and make a positive contribution to their communities and the wider creative economy.
